Part 1

• 1.5 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 sticks butter
• 4 eggs
• salt
• vanilla extract
• 8oz melted dark chocolate
• 1.5 cups flour
• 0.5 cups cocoa powder
• 8oz semisweet chopped chocolate

bake for 25 mins

Part 2: cheesecake

• 453g 16oz cream cheese
• 240 ml 1cup mascarpone
• 120ml 1/2 cup sugar
• vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp milk

pour on top of of the already baked other part and bake together for 30 mins

Part 3: chocolate cream

• 11 oz chocolate
• 11 oz heavy cream
• salt
