Wackelpudding

Wackelpudding is very easy to make. I started doing this when someone requested blue Wackelpudding, which isn't possible to get; for some reason, Wackelpudding is restricted to red, green,yes, that is an Oxford comma and I despise it and yellow. Someone suggested that this is because blue Wackelpudding looks like dishwashing soap, but that was absolutely not the case.

• 1 package granulated gelatin
• 500 ml fruit juice

or

• 1 package granulated gelatin
• food coloring of your choice
• 500 ml water
• 80-100g sugar

I'm wondering whether this would work with Agar as well and will have to try it soon.
