Crème Brûlée


  • 400ml heavy cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 90g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks


  • Mix everything and blend very well.
  • In oven-safe forms, bake at 140 °C for about 45-50 mins in a water-filled pan. The mixture shouldn't bubble, otherwise turn down the heat a bit.
  • Let cool down completely.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and melt the sugar with a flame into a caramel coating
