Kekse
It all began with the cookie video by Adam Ragusea, where he showed a simple cookie recipe.
No, actually it all began with this comment on Hacker News about an independent cookie baker making more than 150 grand per year There is more from this person. They are expanding.. I said to myself: I can do that! So I started thinking about it, and I still believe it would work: have a small, densely populated area around you; like, say, a Landeshauptstadt. Promise to deliver cookies within half an hour inside of that region and then just scale-scale-scale. I even have the domain, already: kekse.jetztIt is just one of the domains of not-quite started businesses I have accumulated over the years.... Then I tried lots of cookie recipes, and this is one of the winners.
Also, I later found out that to make and sell baked goods in Germany, you need to be a Master Baker/Bäckermeister, so that was that.
- 225 g butter
- 375 g sugar, the ratio of brown/white is given as 5/3, but it really does not matter
- 360 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- up to 340 g chocolate chips; I usually just take 100 g/one package
Chill for at least 30 minutes, up to three months.
Divide into 25 g portions, bake at 175 °C for 10 minutes
Funnily enough, I calculated the amount of calories in the batch, which comes out to 5591 kcal/1400 g, which comes out to 99.8 kcal per 25g piece. So not more than 20 cookies per dayYou might think that you'll manage, but wait until you taste them!!
