Madeleines

- 160 g melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
There's so much butter in there that it bubbles out during baking. Let rest for 30 minutes before baking.
Add 100 g dark chocolate for chocolate madeleines.
Bake for 3,5 minutes in pre-heated form.
