Mozzarella Fluffy Buns
Delicious soft cheese buns. From:
Ingredients
- 120ml milk
- 20g sugar
- yeast
- 20g butter, room-temp
- 200g flour
- salt
- 120g mozzarella
Instructions
- warm the milk in the microwave, add sugar and yeast
- add to flour, salt and butter and knead into a dough
- leave to rise for 30 min
- divide into 8 pieces, make into small rounds and fill with mozzarella. Make sure to pinch them shut very well, they'll leak otherwise.
- let the balls rest for 45 min
- bake in pan on medium heat without oil for 5-6 minutes on each side
