One-Pot-Spätzle with Räuchertofu
Quick and tasty hearty pasta dish, via Chefkoch
Ingredients
- onion, diced
- mushrooms
- smoked tofu
- cream, one cup
- stock
- fresh Spätzle
- fresh spinach
Instructions
- In a large pot, fry the onions, mushrooms and smoked tofu for 5 minutes (you might want to fry the smoked tofu a little longer).
- Add the stock, cream and the fresh Spätzle, mix well, and cook on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes with closed lid.
- Add the fresh spinach and mix it in. Let it wilt for as long as you like.
- Garnish with some grated cheese, if you like.
